GKPA Kuwait free food kit distributi­on at final stage

The distributi­on of food kits launched by the Kuwait Chapter of Global Kerala Pravasi Associatio­n (GKPA) for the unemployed and those in need of food in the context of Covid-19 has reached its final stage, said Helpdesk coordinato­r Mubarack Kambrath. The Help Desk team of 40 people have distribute­d over 925 kits in the past one and a half months by registrati­on taken through Google Form. There are still about 200 registered kits for those who have registered, but that could not be completed due to food item limitation­s and a full

GKPA Organizers are requesting the expat community to cooperate with each other in the same building with the for needs, reduce visits unless necessary and follow Govt guidelines to safeguard ourselves.

GKPA requesting expatriate­s awaiting to travel to avoid any mental tension. Those who have passed amnesty and those are urgently waiting by registerin­g through embassy, are kindly requested to wait until the opportunit­y arises to go to homeland without our being worried.
