KUWAIT CITY, Sept 15: There is no doubt that private institutes play a vital, effective, and indispensable role in preparing, qualifying and training young people for the labor market, whether in the private or governmental sector, to meet the state’s needs in terms of technical and administrative specializations by assisting both men and women. Indeed, any developed country that wants to be in the ranks of advanced and productive countries depend on their creative labor force to increase productivity.
