PAHW opens Citizens Service Center branch in mall

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 16: The Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) announced the opening of a branch of the Citizen Service Center in the Avenues Mall – the second phase, affirming it will soon start receiving citizens to complete their transactions, reports Al-Jarida daily.

In a press statement, Minister of Public Works and State Minister for Housing Affairs Dr Rana Al-Faris issued a directive on the need to complete the citizens’ housing transactions and reduce bureaucracy.

The PAHW affirmed the need to book appointments through the ‘Matta’ electronic platform, in cooperation with the Central Agency for Information Technology, to organize the process of receiving citizens under the current circumstances.

The PAHW stressed it is keen on saving time and effort for citizens in completing their transactions and to ensure their safety through the application of health regulations approved by the health authorities.

It is worth mentioning that PAHW receives citizens in the Citizen Service Department in the main building during the morning period, in Jahra branch – morning period, and in government branches in the Liberation Tower and Qurain Division in the morning and evening.

The authority also provides electronic services for citizens to complete all their transactions on its website – www.pahw.gov. kw, and are handled according to official procedures and regulations.
