Dozens of Egyptian judges, advisors and employees returned on board a Kuwait Airways aircraft directly from Cairo to Kuwait. They were allowed to enter the country according to the list of such expatriate employees approved by the Justice Ministry and the committee.

A source told the daily that expatriate employees, who have obtained approval from the concerned government agency and the committee, are not covered by the decision to stay in non-prohibited countries for 14 days; hence, they entered the country directly.

The source confirmed that the return of these expatriate employees is under the discretion of the concerned government authorities, indicating these authorities have been instructed to submit a list of expatriate employees to the committee for approval.

The source added the expatriate employees are required to submit an approved PCR certificate showing they tested negative for coronavirus and they should undergo home quarantine for a period of two weeks.
