The Public Relations Department of the Kuwait Municipality said Public Cleaning and Road Works of the Hawalli Governorate Municipality branch issued 242 citations last September during field tours, reports Al-Anba daily.

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 13: Police have arrested an unidentified 20-year-old for consuming drugs, reports Al-Anba daily.
