KUWAIT CITY, April 14: The Public Authority for Manpower said the electronic services launched by PAM for the labor market, through the automated system are ‘easier’ and came in response to the government’s work trend to automate all procedures in light of the corona pandemic, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

PAM spokesperson and Director of the Public Relations and Media Department, Aseel Al-Mazyad said the authority, since the launch of the new electronic services on January 12, 2021, to facilitate the private sector business owners and companies, Kuwaiti and expatriate workers, wants to ensure they benefit from these services. The authority, she said, has implemented a set of what she called identification flashes to explain how to use these services.

Al-Mazyad added PAM is continuing to implement the introductory flashes for the rest of the electronic procedures gradually, and the definitive flashes that were completed have been published on the authority’s social media and on the official website.

She explained these flashes are to introduce the services provided by the Employment Affairs Sector (easier service and electronic forms service) and the National Labor Affairs Sector (Financial Benefits Disbursement Department and Guidance and Employment Department), noting that the authority’s website provides an inquiries service to the public for all its sectors when required.
