Defense marks graduation of officers batch
KUWAIT CITY, June 10, (KUNA): The Military Education Authority at the Ministry of Defense represented by the Non-commissioned Officers and Personnel Training Institute celebrated Thursday the graduation of the 50th class of non-commissioned officers and the 90th class of volunteers who successfully completed the basic training period.
The commander of the personnel training school Colonel Miteb Al-Hajri said, in a speech transmitted by a press statement issued by the General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army, that the training period for the graduate students took three months to join the various army units after they received all the basic military, theoretical and practical lessons during their training period at the institute.
Al-Hajri highlighted the nature of the military curricula, lessons and training received by the graduate students. In turn, the Commander of the Non-Commissioned Officers School, Colonel Naval Staff Musaed Al-Mousa, announced the results, followed by the graduates’ performance of the legal department and the distribution of certificates and prizes to the graduates and outstanding students.
In conclusion, the sponsor of the ceremony, Head of the Military Education Authority, Major General P.S.C. Fahd Al-Turaiji, distributed certificates and awards to the graduates and outstanding students. He commended the efforts of the institute in raising the capabilities and efficiency of the members of these courses. He wished the graduates success and to translate the sciences and lessons they received into practical reality in their military life, in order to achieve the highest levels of readiness in defending the homeland.
