Automated system to help players regarding rewards
KUWAIT CITY, June 16, (KUNA): Deputy Director-General for Competitive Sports Affairs at the Public Authority for Sports Dr Saqr Al-Mulla confirmed that the authority’s launch of the automated professional system, starting from next September, will help the players’ rewards reach their accounts directly.
Al-Mulla said in a press conference on Wednesday that the automated professionalism system is the cornerstone of the total professionalism system and the transition to the digital system in the competitive sports sector to protect the rights of players.
He explained that the automated system helps in calculations and audits to speed up the pace of disbursement, in addition to the possibility of tracking the request and ensuring the availability of all documents required for the process of disbursing rewards to players without delay.
He stated that the system will be linked to proof of attendance and departure by fingerprint for players who are committed to attending the exercises, while the reward will be deducted for non-committed persons, in order to protect public money.
Al-Mulla said that the player associated with a tournament or an external camp must submit a request for an exception from the fingerprint according to the required conditions, and if the player is injured, he submits a medical report approved by the competent authorities to exempt him from the fingerprint.
