‘Mubarak Al-Abdullah College’ and British Defense Academy ink MoU

KUWAIT CITY, June 23, (KUNA): Mubarak Al-Abdullah College of Joint Command and Staff announced that it has signed with the British Defense Academy (Shrivenham College) through videoconfe­rence, the executive procedures between the two colleges on the basis of military cooperatio­n and within the framework of the Memorandum of Understand­ing for cooperatio­n in the educationa­l and academic fields between the two sides.

Cooperatio­n

Mubarak Al-Abdullah College said in a press statement Wednesday that the signed executive procedures are derived from the Memorandum of Understand­ing for joint cooperatio­n in the educationa­l and academic field, which was signed in 1992 and aims to enhance cooperatio­n, exchange experience­s, and educationa­l and academic visits between the two colleges.

The college affirmed its keenness on the quality of distinguis­hed education in military sciences and the art of leadership and management to qualify the leading officers in the Kuwaiti army, other military institutio­ns and brotherly and friendly countries through its scientific and profession­al cadres to prepare highly qualified leaders through a developed and distinguis­hed educationa­l environmen­t.

The Kuwaiti side was represente­d in the signing by the commander of Mubarak Al-Abdullah College of Command and Joint Staff Major General Talib Al-Fulaij, and from the British side by the commander of Shrevenham College, Major General Andrew Rowe.
