Embassy issues ‘Clarification on NEET-2021 Centre in Kuwait’
KUWAIT CITY, Sept 2: India-Kuwait Joint Working Group (JWG) held a virtual meeting on medical cooperation on Aug 31.
The JWG reviewed bilateral cooperation in medical sector and agreed on a plan of action to further deepen the extensive cooperation, with experience of joint fight against Covid-19.
The discussions covered all issues of bilateral cooperation, including areas of pharmaceuticals, manpower, traditional medicine and digital and public health management.
In other news, the Embassy of India in Kuwait, in a press release has issued ‘Clarification on NEET-2021 Centre in Kuwait’.
The embassy said it has been receiving regarding change of examination centre. The embassy clarifies those students who have been allotted Kuwait as the Centre but cannot travel to Kuwait, are being given an option to change their centre to any other city in India or Dubai as per their convenience.
All those students (currently in Kuwait) who have been allotted Kuwait as the centre and want to write examination here in Kuwait, need not take any action with respect to the e-mail dated Aug 30, 2021 from the NTA.
Candidates from Kuwait are requested to send e-mail to fs.kuwait@ mea.gov.in and edu.kuwait@mea.gov. in in case of any further questions in this regard.
The venue of the examination is Embassy of India, Kuwait.
In yet other news, the embassy said India has topped the global charts for vaccination against Covid-19, saying India had crossed another significant milestone.
