Bilfinger Engineering & Tech organizes beach clean-up
Bilfinger Engineering and Technologies GmbH Kuwait recently held Beach Clean-up initiative at Marina Beach as part of Corporate Social Responsibilities.
The initiative has been taken up to create awareness that the world is creating more plastic trash each year and much of it is ending up in landfills or in the environment and ocean.
Garbage such as cans, plastic water bottles, plastic bags and other containers from beach visitors contributes more to beach pollution. The aim behind this initiative was to protect the environment and prevent trash pollution as well as to create awareness in the society about the crucial issue of trash pollution at beaches disturbing the aquatic life at large.
