Mechanism eyed to issue special car plates to people with disabilities; to be issued within five working days
The Ambassador of India to Kuwait HE Sibi George met HE Ambassador Waleed Ali Al-Khubaizi, Assistant Foreign Minister for Asia Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kuwait.
During the meeting both sides reviewed all aspects of bilateral relations and discussed Diaspora issues, regional developments and matters of mutual interest.
KUWAIT CITY, April 26: Deputy Director of the Public Authority for People with Disabilities Affairs for the Medical, Psychological and Social Services Sector and Disabled Care Centers, Amer Al-Anzi, announced the establishment of a mechanism for issuing car plates for people with special needs, reports Al-Jarida daily.
The daily added, the plates will be issued within five working days of submitting the request.
Al-Enezi said, “There will be no delay in handing over the plates, especially since the authority is working hard to overcome all difficulties that may face the disabled people and their families.”
