Royal Britannia Kindergarten celebrates Gergaan with children with special needs
The holy month of Ramadan is the month of blessings, and all its nights are about mercy and forgiveness, and three of the most beautiful nights that children await for (the three Gergaan nights). We, the Royal Britannia Kindergarten for kids with Special Needs, decided to share this happy occasion with our beloved children and bring joy and happiness to their little hearts. We also did not forget the parents to share the joy of this day with their children. It was chaired by Dr. Hanan Al-Mutawa (Founder and Chairwomen of the nursery board) and some Diplomats and parents.
RB teachers and students wore Kuwaiti dresses, and we also decorated the nursery by hanging decorations such as crescents, stars and others, while rejoicing in the folk songs that the authentic Kuwaiti people were blessed with.
The ceremony included many different activities for children, such as decorating Ramadan lanterns, drawing henna on the hands and showing off the Ramadan outfit.
At the end, the students exchanged Ramadan sweets, chanting songs and the joy spread to all the attendees.
