MoE signs 7 contracts:

The Ministry of Education signed seven contracts for the operation and maintenance of alarm and fire systems in schools, warehouses and educational districts at a total cost of KD1.159 million or KD156,600 per contract for a period of three years, reports Al-Rai daily.

The ministry took this step after a series of fire incidents in some schools and warehouses of the Supplies and Stores Department in Subhan. This is also part of its preparations for any emergency situation, coinciding with the beginning of the summer season.
