Rumors denied

KUWAIT CITY, May 7: The administration of Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital vehemently denied rumors spread on social media that patients are required to purchase or bring their own pillows, because the hospital has run out of stock for this item, reports Al-Jarida daily.

In a press statement, the administration clarified the hospital has ample supply of pillows in its warehouses; as well as other items needed in ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.

According to the report, these precious stones are used for the creation of various products like watches, prayer beads; and accessories for luxury clothes, bags and mobile phones. The department collected fees amounting to KD2,300 for these stones, the report added.
