MP Bader Hamed Al-Mulla Sunni Second Constituency
MP Bader Hamed Al-Mulla was born in April 1971. He completed Bachelor of Security Sciences in 1996,
Bachelor of Law in 2000, Master’s in Law in 2005 and Doctor of Philosophy in Law in 2010.
He is a member of the academic staff at Kuwait University, and attorney at the Constitutional and Cassation courts.
He served as Civil Law Professor at Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences and member of the Technical Office at the General Criminal Investigation Department in the Ministry of Interior.
He won in the 2016 elections with 845 votes; in 2019 with 4,657 votes; ranked eighth in 2020 with 2,483 votes and first in the 2022 election with 7,285 votes.

Statement
Al-Mulla believes that dialogue between the political leadership and the people will solve all problems and challenges. He accused the parliamentary Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of disrupting the plan to develop the commercial zone in North Kuwait; while the authority of the Parliamentary Priorities Committee was not activated, because the aim was to prove that HH the late Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah was a failure.
