MP Majed Musaed Al-Mutairi
Sunni/Tribal/Independent Fifth Constituency
MP Majed Musaed Al-Mutairi was born in 1972. He holds Bachelor of Business Administration degree and worked at Kuwait Oil Company.
He contested for the parliamentary election for the first time in 2013 but he lost, ranking 19th in the Fifth Constituency with 1,062 votes. He succeeded in his 2016 election bid, when he ranked seventh with 3,821 votes. Again, he lost in 2020 with 4,523 votes and ranked 11th. He won in the 2022 election with 4,565 votes that put him in eighth place in his constituency.

Statement
Al-Mutairi accused the government of using the budget deficit as justification for not responding to the demands of the people during the parliamentary session held on Feb 5, 2020. He said the alleged deficit is a myth.
