KIC aligns with Kuwait Vision ’35 through ‘sustainability’ initiatives
KUWAIT CITY, Feb 11: The Kuwait Insurance Company (KIC) has demonstrated its dedication to sustainability by sponsoring the third Kuwait Sustainability Exhibition held in Murooj for three days starting from Feb. 8 reports Al-Jarida daily.
Sami Sharif, CEO of Kuwait Insurance Company, expressed his pride in the company’s sponsorship of such impactful events centered around sustainability and development.

KPC considering group insurance for workers
KUWAIT CITY, Feb 11: Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) is currently considering the awarding of a contract for a group insurance policy -- life, personal accidents and workers’ injuries -- for its employees and that of its subsidiaries at a total value of KD13 million, reports Al-Anba daily quoting sources from the oil sector.
Sources said KPC is moving forward with obtaining official approvals from the regulatory authorities to award and sign the contract within the next two weeks. Sources added the number of beneficiaries of the insurance policy is estimated at more than 21,500.
Sources stated that the Comprehensive Risk Management Department at KPC prepared the document for the combined coverages required for employee insurance.
