MoH orders ‘probe’ into admin absent at facility
KUWAIT CITY, March 27: The Ministry of Health (MoH) has opened investigation and taken the necessary legal measures against the administrators in a health facility, following their absence and leaving the workplace without asking permission or providing an alternative, reports Al-Anba daily.
The ministry confirmed that the Minister of Health Dr Ahmad Al-Awadhi immediately issued a directive to open an investigation into the incident; stressing that anyone proven to be negligent in performing his job duties will be held accountable, and that administrative and legal procedures regulating the workflow will be applied.
Online classes planned: The idea of implementing the remote education system has expanded; as the Education Ministry is now gearing towards holding online classes in the last 10 days of the holy month of Ramadan, reports Al-Anba daily quoting sources.
Sources pointed out that the initial agreement was to conduct online classes in the last two days of the holy month, indicating the Public Education Sector and Coordination Department have prepared a memorandum that will be presented soon to Minister Of Education, Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr Adel AlAdwani.
Sources said the teachers will hold classes in the school building according to the academic schedule.
Sources explained that due to the success of the online education experience in the past, and the familiarity of teachers and students with the application mechanism; the ministry decided to use it whenever necessary.
