Kuwait Amir’s rep meets UAE VP
MANAMA, May 16, (KUNA): Representative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, received on Thursday the UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Dubai Ruler Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashed Al-Maktoum AlNahyan on sidelines of the 33rd Arab Summit.
He also hosted Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed AlNahyan, the UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Presidency Diwan.
The Kuwaiti and UAE sides explored the deeprooted and historic relatios between the two countries and peoples, means of boosting the close ties and issues on the regional and international arenas.
The meeting was attended by the delegation accompanying the Representative of His Highness the Amir.
Russia
Representative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, received on Thursday the Russian President Special Envoy to the Middle East, Mikhail Bogdanov.
The reception, held on margins of the 33rd Arab Summit, was was attended by the delegation accompanying the Representative of His Highness the Amir.
Palestine
Representing His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received on Thursday Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
During the reception, held on the sidelines of the 33rd Arab Summit in Manama, they discussed firm relations between both countries and their peoples and ways of promoting them, along with regional and international developments.
The meeting was attended by the delegation accompanying the Representative of His Highness the Amir.
Lebanon
Representing His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati in Manama on Thursday. During the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the 33rd Arab Summit in Manama, they discussed firm relations between both countries and their peoples and ways of developing them, along with the latest regional and international developments.
The meeting was attended by the delegation accompanying His Highness the Amir’s Representative.
