Kuwaiti diplomatic mission in Cairo honors students

CAIRO: Under the auspices of Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education Dr Nayef AlHajraf and Kuwaiti Ambassador to Cairo Rashid Al-Hamad, Kuwait’s Cultural office held here a celebratio­n to honor outstandin­g Kuwaiti students and graduates.

Ambassador Al-Hamad, Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education’s Undersecre­tary Rashed AlNuwaihed, and Cultural Attache at the Kuwaiti Embassy in Cairo Dr Fareeh Al-Enizi attended the event.

In their statements to KUNA on the sideline of the event, each official expressed joy towards the accomplish­ments of the Kuwaiti students, wishing them well in their future endeavors.

The officials also lauded relations between Egypt and Kuwait specifical­ly within the educationa­l domain. There are around 12,000 Kuwaiti students pursuing education in Egypt on all levels. — KUNA
