Kuwait hails growing relations with India

KUWAIT: Assistant Foreign Minister for Asia Affairs Ambassador Ali Al-Saeed lauded the good and growing relations between Kuwait and India in various sectors. During a statement to journalists on sidelines of the Indian Embassy’s recent celebration of the Indian National Day, Ambassador Al-Saeed valued role of the Indian community in Kuwait development. Regarding the IndianArab Cooperation Forum, recently hosted by Bahrain, he said conferees dealt with various aspects of the political and economic ties between the Asian nation and the Arab world. The forum, co-organized by the Arab League and India, will be hosted on rotation basis by Arab states. —KUNA
