ICSK Khaitan conducts Shubhechha Samaroh
In an emotionally amplified atmosphere the students, staff and management of the Indian Community School Kuwait, Khaitan branch, bid adieu to the 10th standard students of 2016 batch at a grand function held at the school campus.
A number of events were organized to mark this nostalgic moment which would go down the memory lane of the outgoing students. In the welcome speech, KG Shirsath, Principal of ICSK Khaitan, welcomed the guests and the gathering. An amazing Mohiniyattyam performance was presented by Anitta Rose of class X which enthralled the spectators. Special recognition awards were given out to the students who made their Alma matter proud in various fields. In a nostalgic speech Master Mohammad Mishal and Ms Mariam Paul recollected their school time and stressed on the importance of life in shaping one’s destiny. In his Presidential address, Honorary Secretary to the Board of Trustees Vijay Karayil remarked that self-motivation is the only key to success.
Earlier in the morning, Mr. Crawford Wilson D’Souza, a renowned mind-trainer and life coach had conducted a workshop for students on the topic ‘Score More’. Parent representative to the Board of Trustees Nizar KVand other dignitaries presented mementos to the outgoing students of class 10.
The program concluded with the corridor of blessings where all students received infinite blessings from teachers and parents. An emotional song “showers of blessings we need” that was sung by the choir on the occasion was deeply touching.
