Al-Husainan Establishments (NHE), My-HD launches South Asian package
The official agent of My-HD in Kuwait, Al-Husainan Establishments (NHE), held a special event at its Crowne plaza hotel on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 to launch the dedicated South Asian package, My Asia, recognizing the need to provide a rapidly growing direct-to-home (DTH) viewer base with their favorite ethnic channels of choice and building on the successful growth of the network’s.
This is the first ever legal pay TV service providing the maximum number of South Indian channels at very low price. There are over 80 plus TV channels in 8 languages Covering Malayalam Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Urdu Bangla and English languages.
The Asian communities in the GCC have spared no effort for many years in order to find a dedicated satellite TV network that can bring them their favorite native language movies, General Entertainment, news of their homeland, and music, under one roof, Husainan said.
The package provides 13 Malayalam Channels,11 Tamil Channels,18 Telugu channels, 7 Kannada channels, 13 Hindi channels, 9 Urdu channels, - 8 Bangla channels and, 11 English channels,
Covering, movies. news, general entertainment, music. kids and infotainment.
There are also infotainment channels like Discovery Science, Animal Planet, History H2, Motor Vision And Travel Channels in addition to kids channels like Fix and Foxy, Duck TV, etc.
The My-Asia package has been designed to bring popular Asian channels, watched by the many audiences of all ages and genders.
Among the top movie channels in the MyAsia package are Maa Movies, Raj Digital Plus, ETV Cinema, Movies OK, Asianet Movies. As for the General Entertainment’s channels that are offered in the package, they are, but no limited to, Colors Kannada, Flowers TV, Maa TV, Zee Telugu and Zee Tamizh.
My-HD has partnered with the top content providers such as, Zee TV, Star TV, IndiaCast, Raj TV and TV9, among others, in order to offer the best content in one affordable package, said Safer.
The package will be available by midJanuary, to coincide with the Pongal and Sankranti Indian festivals, thus allowing MyAsia subscribers to enjoy unlimited entertainment at home, away from home. “We aim to bring as many communities as possible great content at affordable prices,” he added.
