KFH renovates, upgrades ATMs
New design; more consistent with KFH status
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) implemented a renovation project for its ATMs surrounds with the aim of modernizing in a new and more updated fashionable look in line with the brand image of the bank and its leading global position in Islamic banking. The campaign encompassed the renovation of branches and ATM surrounds at 60 offsite and onsite locations at national level spanning 6 governorates.
The campaign aims at showing the best corporate image of KFH, while achieving more efficiency in terms of marketing operations and maintenance efficiencies, especially since the new materials are characterized by its durability, efficiency and functionality. This enhances the brand image of the bank, makes it appear in more unified manner, yet promotes the harmony and consistency among the bank’s ATMs spread throughout Kuwait.
It is worth noting that this initiative is in line with KFH’s fundamentals in rationalizing cost as the durability of the new design of the ATMs surrounds is more efficient than the previous ones, not to mention the marketing utilization effectiveness, i.e. the ability to advertise KFH products and services. Moreover, renovating the surrounds of KFH ATMs stems from KFH’s endeavors to constantly adopting and keeping pace with the latest developments in the marketing and branding fields, not to mention the infrastructure and technology in efforts to offer the best image of KFH, while contributing in providing customers with all means of comfort, which boosts customers’ confidence in KFH as a leading Islamic financial institution.
Further, the renovation encompassed both the ordinary ATMs and KFH Shamel ATMs that enjoy advanced features such as opening investment deposits, withdrawing and depositing, balance inquiry, account statement etc. Also, companies can benefit from ATMs in depositing funds and checks and completing their transactions in an easy and secure manner. KFH ATMs play a significant marketing role as they comprise means to communicate with clients and convey KFH’s advertisements and promotional campaigns through the devices’ screens.
KFH has a vast branch network of over 65 branches, and a large number of ATMs; ordinary and Shamel in addition to the 6 Mobi Baitak vehicles that are subject to flexible schedule targeting distant areas, markets and crowded places in an attempt to offer highend services to clients wherever they are.
