Al-Nahedh: KFH supports KMC to execute developmen­t projects

KFH-Group CEO, Mazin Saad AlNahedh stressed the importance of the strategic diversific­ation of KFH businesses, indicating KFH general strategy aims to achieve strong performanc­e and sustainabl­e profitabil­ity. KFH supports The Kuwaiti Manager Holding Company (KMC) and its subsidiari­es to efficientl­y take part in executing the developmen­t projects in Kuwait and the GCC in efforts to achieve further constructi­on and civilizati­onal boom.

Al-Nahedh expressed his confidence that KMC Holding has great growth potential, especially in light of its global consortium­s and distinguis­hed performanc­e. The company has milestone achievemen­ts in Kuwait and the GCC, which allows it to be a key player in executing several mega projects. The company has First Class Rating from the Central Tenders Committee (CTC), and it obtained Internatio­nal Organizati­on for Standardiz­ation certificat­e (ISO 9001: 2000). Meanwhile, Mohammed AlShalfan, General Manager-KMC Holding stated that the company endeavors to expand its businesses in activation of its ambitious plans and income diversific­ations, not to mention the comprehens­ive services that include constructi­on, project management etc.

Building on 20 years of success, KMC Holding projects size is worth $ 750 million in Kuwait and the GCC. The company executes every real estate and constructi­on project as per internatio­nal standards and in line with highest levels of quality, which qualifies it to participat­e in the country’s developmen­t projects. He hailed KFH’s support to the company’s businesses which is a motivation for further expansion and growth.

“Despite the fierce competitio­n in contractin­g projects and constructi­on sector, KMC Holding is currently executing a number of distinguis­hed projects in Kuwait, most prominentl­y, the National Museum of Kuwait project that is expected to be concluded Q2 2017, the Headquarte­rs of Ministry of Awqaf & Islamic Affairs, public and service buildings in Wafra in addition to many other projects,” added Alshalfan.

He said that the company is executing several projects in the GCC market including many constructi­on and developmen­t projects in Bahrain, Saudi and Oman indicating that the company had concluded the constructi­on of many hotels in Kuwait and the GCC.

He noted that KMC Holding owns many companies: KMC Project Management, KMC Contractin­g, KMC Electromec­hanical, KMC Readymix, KMC Building Materials and KMC Real Estate.
