The Promenade expands family offering with opening of Chocomelt
Kuwait’s neighborhood mall welcomes new chocolate coffee shop, catering to growing family visitors
The Promenade mall has welcomed its latest opening and expansion of its offering to families following the introduction of Chocomelt. The new dessert bar and cafÈ is set to attract families and friends with passion of chocolate sweets, dipped fruits, hot and cold drinks, and coffee blends with the finest form of chocolate.
The neighborhood mall, which has established itself with the destination of choice for families, is adding to its appeal the latest dining and confectionary outlet. “It is with delight that we welcome Chocomelt to The Promenade. We are continually looking to attract a wealth of outlets, restaurants and activities that provide entertainment and enjoyment for the families who visit us, and the latest opening adds to this offering that I am sure will be a delight for all ages,” Alyah Al-Jasser, Marketing Manager at Al Othman, the owning charitable company of The Promenade.
The Kuwaiti concept, founded in 2015 by Abdul Rahman Fahed Al-Oudah and Mishari Jamal Al-Oudah, specializes in the perfect blend of chocolate with sweets, served with both cold and hot sips. Chocomelt dessert bar and cafe serves a variety of sweets prepared by the finest ingredients and best Belgian chocolate featuring “Baby Dynamic”, “Red Velvet Souffle Pancake”, “French Peanut Butter Brownies” besides of a various cold and hot drinks like” Cafe Mocha”, “Nutella Espresso”, “Iced Spanish Latte” and “Caramel Frappe” to name some. In addition, the dessert bar and cafe is ready to cater for special events such as birthday parties and family celebrations.
Commenting on the opening, Mishari Jamal Al-Oudah, Deputy General Manager said: “We are proud to provide creative flavors for sweets lovers in Kuwait. Following our passion of chocolate, we aim at offering special taste to everyone in town. Therefore, The Promenade is only the beginning and we promise our guests to always be closer to them with the new branches that will be launched early next year”.
To mark the opening of the new coffee shop, The Promenade and Chocomelt partnered to host media for a special brunch to showcase the cafe menu and the available activities across the mall for families.
Open from 10am until 10pm Saturday to Wednesday and 10am until 11pm Thursday and Friday, the mall features five floors of shopping and entertainment, providing top fashion brands, a gourmet supermarket and a variety of cafes and dining restaurants, while offering dedicated entertainment and health & leisure options such as a spa.
