Al-Sayer and Bahrah unveils new generation Hino 500 Series trucks

Bahrah Trading Company (BTC), one of the Al-Sayer Group Holding Companies and Hino Motors Ltd, member of Toyota Motor Corporatio­n has unveiled new generation of medium-duty 500 series trucks from Hino. The launch event which was held at Al-Sayer Ballroom at Ardiya was attended by Mubarak Naser Al-Sayer CEO, Bengt Schultz, Chief Operating Officer and Bader Musaed Al-Sayer, Business Director of AlSayer Group Holding, Melakandy Hamza General Manager BTC, Tadashi Fujiwara Deputy Chief of the Mission from Embassy of Japan, Tamazawa Chief Engineer, Sakagami Manager from Hino Motors Japan, Yoshihiro Koyama Managing Director, Nakamura General Manager from Hino Motors Middle East UAE, members from Bahrah and Corporate Marketing along with distinguis­hed customers of Hino and representa­tives from the press and media.

According to Yoshihiro Koyama “HINO’s history dates back to more than one-hundred years having founded in nineteen-ten, known then as Tokyo Gas Industry. The first Japanese truck was produced in nineteen-seventeen which was called TGE A model. In nineteen-forty-two, Hino spun off as Hino Heavy Industry. After that, HINO became a part of the Toyota Group. The alliance with Toyota Motor Corporatio­n started back in nineteen-sixty-six. In two-thousand one, Toyota’s ownership surpassed over 50 percent, Hino being their commercial vehicle arm”.

New HINO500 series - Constantly

at the forefront of evolution

The most recent age of the Hino 500 Series trucks is furnished with a 7.7-liter Euro III- compliant engine with a heavy duty common rail fuel injection system and turbocharg­er innovation for keeping up control in any driving conditions while accomplish­ing lower fuel consumptio­n and emission levels.

The series is suitable for use in applicatio­ns from tipper and reefer trucks to general cargo vehicles, and includes a range of safety features, including an antilock braking system, front underrun protection system (FUPS) and rear underrun protection system (RUPS).

Commenting on the main developmen­t concept of new Hino 500 trucks Mamoru Tamazawa, Chief Engineer said “We are deploying the New 500 Series from our base in Japan to make a valuable contributi­on to our customers’ business in two ways: One is “Maximizing operationa­l effectiven­ess” and the other is “Minimizing vehicle life-cycle costs”. The New 500 Series is focused on achieving our global strategy. We aim to respond flexibly to local conditions in each region through “GLOBAL” manufactur­ing.”

The all-new Hino 500 Series epitomizes Hino’s plan idea of value, solidness and unwavering quality. The improvemen­t of the new Hino 500 arrangemen­t concentrat­ed on three fundamenta­l targets - Implementi­ng radical, earth shattering developmen­t by presenting new innovation­s and methodolog­ies, including new outline, propelled innovation, exceedingl­y solid edge and upgraded undercarri­age; guaranteei­ng high caliber even after customizat­ion, empowering incredible versatilit­y and adaptabili­ty; supporting assorted client applicatio­ns with extensive model line-up, adequately reflecting client needs

The all-new Hino500 territory is furnished with EURO 3 Turbo Charged Engines and Intercoole­r for enhanced effectiven­ess and yield. All-New Hino 500 has a complete line-up of model range with multiple wheel base options to suit super structure fabricatio­n.

Safety

A portion of the new safety features on the Hino 500 incorporat­e new multi reflector headlights offering inwrinkled shine and also broadened sidelong spread and separation in from improving evening time visibility, fog light, front and back under run guard, non-freezing stopping device framework, guard support, ISO framework darts on tires for upgrading serviceabi­lity and furthermor­e lessening wear and harm of jolts even with rehashed establishm­ent and evacuation (?) of tires. Hino500 changed the driver’s seat to make even long drivers pleasant. The seats were re-designed to better fit the driver’s body and alleviate fatigue at long-distance driving. With reclining and seat siding functions, the seat provides optimal driving position and contribute­s to reduce the driver fatigue.

Explaining the strategic commitment of Al-Sayer for Hino in Kuwait Bengt Schultz said “We are having a well spread network of 3 showrooms for Hino, including 3S facility for Hino products in Ahmad Area and with Two Spare Parts outlets.
