CBK: New suite of benefits to Concierge service for premium credit cardholders
KUWAIT: Within its constant initiatives in developing and improving its banking services, the Bank has introduced new features and benefits to the existing Concierge Service offered to its premium credit cardholders (visa and MasterCard) in partnership with the Public Services Company with their well-known brand “Yemnak” concierge service in Kuwait.
In this context, Sahar Al-Rumaih GM, Corporate Credit Division & Acting GM, Retail Banking Division said that the Bank knows the value of time for its premium credit cardholders and works hard to entirely and promptly meet their needs. Drawing on this, the Bank added a number of distinct services for Concierge Service to emphasize its communication with this category of customers and help them get some of the services that may consume much time from them completed and done easily and promptly. Al-Rumaih stressed that the Bank always endeavors to provide its customers with unsurpassed services through the supplementary services offered with CBK credit cards which allow customers to enjoy many benefits such as access to more than 600 airport business lounges, free travel insurance and concierge service.
Concierge Service is one of the exceptional services which aim to facilitate communication between CBK customers and dedicated service representatives who will endeavor to meet customers’ needs. With the concierge services, CBK premier cardholders have a choice from a wider range of services, such as getting reservation (hotels, airfares and restaurants), enjoying government services easily completed, gifts & flower delivery, car rental, event organization, road service and airport transportation service with the latter requesting time being reduced to 48 hours prior to the order day. The Bank offers this complimentary service for all its Premium Credit Cardholders namely MasterCard World, Visa Infinite, Visa Platinum and MasterCard Platinum and MasterCard Titanium.
