KIB gold sponsor of ‘Hello, My Teacher’ forum
KUWAIT: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) provided its gold sponsorship to the annual ‘Hello, My Teacher’ forum, an event held exclusively for new teachers in the Ahmadi and Mubarak Al-Kabeer educational districts. The forum was organized by the Kuwait Teachers Society and was held at the Sauda Bin Malek School.
The latest edition of the annual forum featured activities and lectures which aimed at introducing new teachers to all matters related to their day-to-day working life and preparing them for their new roles. Additionally, as part of the forum, new teachers were presented with valuable tips and expertise to enable them to fulfil their duties and responsibilities to their fullest potential.
“As part of our robust social responsibility program, we continuously strive to enhance our community efforts in order to effectively engage with all segments across the local community,” said Fahad AlSarhan, Team Leader of Corporate Communications at KIB. “Accordingly, our sponsorship of this forum stems from our firm belief in the vital role teachers play in our society, as they continue to make vital contributions towards enhancing and developing the educational sector.”
Sarhan added that KIB takes pride its collaboration and partnership with the Kuwait Teachers Society. He also noted that financial and moral support provided by the bank is the least it can offer to an association that seeks to develop teachers, who play a crucial role in educating the nation’s future generation. At the end, Sarhan wished all participants in the forum the very best in their future careers and endeavors.
It is worth noting that KIB is strongly committed to sponsoring activities and initiatives that focus on improving various sectors and segments across the nation. Thereby, the bank remains adamant on fostering teachers, whether by engaging directly with them through sponsored conferences and forums, or by holding educational lectures offered to students.
