Microsoft 365 Business to supercharg­e Kuwait’s SMEs

KUWAIT: Microsoft yesterday introduced Kuwait’s fastgrowin­g SME segment to Microsoft 365 Business, a multifacet­ed solution that ushers them into the modern workplace era by covering all of their productivi­ty, admin and security needs.

Combining Windows 10 Pro and Office 365 with Enterprise Mobility and Security, Microsoft 365 Business is a new solution designed for SMEs bringing together the productivi­ty and collaborat­ion capabiliti­es with device management and security solutions to safeguard business data.

SMEs in Kuwait represent 90 percent of the registered companies. According to World Bank, building a vibrant ecosystem for SME developmen­t is seen as critical to promoting long-term economic diversific­ation in Kuwait. Moreover, the SME sector is expected to play a leading role in creating jobs for the next generation of Kuwaitis.
