OSN unveils new digital flagship showroom at Marina Mall
OSN, the region’s leading entertainment network, has transformed its flagship showroom in Kuwait’s Marina Mall. Introducing an all-new digital customer journey, the new showroom reinvigorates the customer experience to become an entertainment destination in its own right.
Boasting holograms, relaxed seating areas, an in-store cinema experience, dedicated content exploration zones, interactive kid’s entertainment, and a virtual reality pod, the new smart showroom in Kuwait is the first in a line-up of digital transformations planned for OSN’s retail network around the region.
Created around an interactive and technological retail experience, the paperless 50 square meter showroom provides an immersive and entertaining journey which can be enjoyed by new and existing customers.

The reimagined showroom was designed following extensive research and customer feedback. The multimedia environment reflects consumer demands, whilst diversifying OSN’s physical retail space.
Further enhancing the customer journey, OSN’s customer service agents will be able to process queries and transactions using tablets, allowing customers to be assisted anywhere in the showroom.
Services available at the showroom include purchasing new subscriptions, activating OSN Play, processing renewals, latest movies and events box office orders or simply just exploring the amazing world of OSN in a relaxing and fun environment.
