KFH holds Network Leadership program for senior management
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) held a special program on Network Leadership for senior management positions as part of an effort to further improve Enterprise Leadership Development and effectively drive organization performance. The 3-day structured program was hosted by IMD Switzerland; a top ranked business school for leadership and strategy and expert in transforming organizations and creating immediate and long-term positive impact. KFH-Group CEO Mazin Alnahedh inaugurated the program held in Hilton Kuwait Resort. The program provided multiple modules delivered by a constellation of international lead authorities like Professor Michael Yaziji and Dr Anand Narasimhan.
The program aimed at improving the network leadership capabilities and strategic thinking through a series of cases, a unique IMD simulation and other practical activities leveraging strengths and focus on success. It also focused on driving performance through teams by creating and leading highly effective teams by establishing strong network performance. Being part of a series of three programs on Enterprise Leadership to follow in 2018, Network Leadership contributed to the mobilization of organization energy, creating a work climate fostering communication, empowerment, trust, sharing, and collaboration while building the network.
Through its smart structure, the program was able to build a self-awakening momentum with the executives when toward the end everyone was able to recognize his own network contribution change path, and how working in an enterprise team can affect its success. The program was a great success and the IMD way was the main catalyst to its uniqueness and to its contribution to the broader learning path of the Enterprise Leader at KFH.
