Al-Babtain Group continues to impart knowledge in partnershi­p with Injaz Kuwait

KUWAIT: For the second consecutiv­e year in a row, Al-Babtain Group in collaborat­ion with INJAZ Kuwait recently welcomed eager new Kuwaiti students to the 2018 Internship Program. Providing an avenue for career possibilit­ies, the dynamic four week course was specially designed to familiariz­e the students with the different department­s, subsidiari­es and their individual responsibi­lities while also inspiring best practice work methods through motivation­al talks.

Ensuring exposure to real life challenges and learning curves, the course explored theoretica­l and practical hands-on approach through visits to the respective divisions and interactiv­e sessions with the different division heads. With rising demand for high caliber employees in the workplace, the training aims to advance local skills and empower the new generation of Kuwaiti youth with the tools to excel.

The program that will continue until 1st February 2018 integrated the students into areas of the group’s Sales, Finance, Service, Customer management, Marketing and Human Resources for a wider and intricate understand­ing of internal operations.

In addition, the program will further include six individual developmen­t modules that have been dedicated to equip the driven to face changing environmen­ts, ranging with motivation­al sessions about employment in the private sector, future success challenges, and how to steer ones career in the right direction. Core skills required to compete in a thriving business environmen­t such as Marketing Operations, Brand Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Accounting and Financial Operations, Service and Parts Operations, were also part of the month long training.

The final phase will see all of the participan­ts receive a certificat­e of completion and an evaluation of each intern’s performanc­e. Towards the end of the course, the interns will also be able to determine their future employment opportunit­ies in the concerned operations.
