EQUATE honors employees’ children for their excellent achievements at school
EQUATE Petrochemical Company, a global producer of petrochemicals, has always made an effort to strengthen engagement with its employees’ and their families. The Company recently held a ceremony to honor 200 of its employees’ pride and joy - their children - who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievements at their respective schools, an event that highlights the Company’s workforce as accomplished employees who also contribute to developing future generations.
While congratulating the students, EQUATE’s President & CEO Dr Ramesh Ramachandran said, “EQUATE places high importance on education as a key pillar to achieving sustainability. The younger generations are the ones who will take on the reigns of what we build today. Therefore, it is essential for us to encourage them to seek knowledge and arm them with the capabilities that will enable them to lead, innovate and sustain our world tomorrow.” Ramachandran added, “We also extend gratitude to our employees for providing a better future for the younger generations and making a difference in our society in their own way. We look forward to seeing their children excel in their future professions and we hope to inspire them year after year to continue in their endeavors to success.”
Since 2012, EQUATE continues honoring the achievements of its employees’ children starting from grades 1 through 12 each year, which is in appreciation of their commitment to excel and succeed in their academic studies.
