McDonald’s celebrates moms at Avenues Mall

This Mother’s Day, McDonald’s Kuwait celebrated the most important person in every family with some great family fun, as the company took part in the 6th Love Your Mum Festival, which was held at the Avenues Mall from March 15-17. Over the course of the three days, McDonald’s was present at the festival with an interactive booth, that featured a diverse program of crowd-pleasing games, activities and competitions for kids, mothers and the whole family. Additionally, there was a special activation that took place at the booth featuring the innovative and highly engaging Happy Studio app from McDonald’s.

Moreover, McDonald’s gave children the opportunity to get creative and showcase their love for their mothers with a beautiful, personalized gift: a customized mug that they can craft themselves at the booth. There were also giveaways and special prizes for the children throughout the festival.

“At McDonald’s we have always celebrated families and the importance of feel good family moments- and mothers are undoubtedly the heart and soul of every family, and the biggest source of those feel good moments,” said Sherif Coutry, Marketing Director at McDonald’s Kuwait. “With this fun, family activity, we wanted to bring the whole family together to pay tribute to mothers, giving children especially the chance to thank their mothers with small tokens of love and appreciation. Our goal is to always draw smiles on people’s faces - and I can’t think of anything better to make people smile than celebrating the joy of motherly love,” concluded Coutry.
