130 suffer from food poisoning

KUWAIT: Public hospitals received yesterday 130 foreign workers with symptoms of suspected food poisoning, the health ministry announced. The expatriates work for a company executing a government project in the country, the statement said. Farwaniya Hospital received, treated and discharged 98 food poisoning cases, but one patient was kept back for further treatment. Sabah Hospital received 10 cases and Jahra Hospital 22 cases. All of them were discharged after treatment. — KUNA
