NBK enhances ATMs and CDMs Customers can enjoy faster and more convenient services

KUWAIT: Focused on implementing the safest and latest in technology to improve customers’ banking experience, National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) enhanced its Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs) to enable customers to enjoy many new services for a better and easier banking solutions.

With the new enhancements, customers can make cardless withdrawals by simply using their mobile number or Civil ID, update their Civil ID expiry date and use the NBK Tap & Pay debit card or any NFCenabled debit card to withdraw or deposit money with only a tap and without inserting their card in the machine.

In addition to these features, customers can also easily change their debit or credit card PIN number, transfer between accounts, request checkbooks and account statements and add beneficiaries who will be able to initiate cardless withdrawals in the same way.

NBK makes it even easier, more convenient and safer for customers to use its mobile ATMs, in addition to its Multicurrency ATM located at Nuwaiseeb to withdraw cash when crossing the borders. Both NBK and non-NBK customers can withdraw in Saudi Riyal when heading to Saudi Arabia and in Kuwaiti dinar when returning to Kuwait. Located across Kuwait, NBK ATMs and CDMs enable customers to deposit up to 100 notes at one time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and immediately credit the amount into their account in a safe and secure way.
