Black Tap celebrates the opening of second branch

-

The public across Kuwait have enjoyed Black Tap’s amazing craft burgers and Crazy Shake milkshakes since the venue first opened its doors in Kuwait earlier this year. Today, the brand celebrated the opening of its second outlet in Kuwait within six months of its entry into the market. The celebrations at 360 Mall were led by Tamdeen Group Vice Chairman Meshal Jassim Al Marzouq along with VIP guests and families. Also gracing the opening was the US Ambassador to the State of Kuwait, Lawrence R. Silverman.

Providing Kuwait’s dining and events scene a true ‘shake up’ for the second time, Black Tap welcomed a 360 Mall organized flash mob which culminated in giant LED pop-up Crazy Shake milkshakes displayed in front of its new dining outlet. Invited VIP guests and thrilled shoppers were entertained with freeflowing food and shake specials from the new menu. Joining the popular lineup of craft burgers & Crazy Shake milkshakes, is a selection of new burgers and starters, including traditional American favorites like ‘fried mozzarella’; the ‘Atomic Shrimp’; the ‘Carolina Burger’; the ‘Atomic Shrimp Burger’; the ‘Baja Chicken Sandwich’; and even fried pickles!

The ‘Atomic Shrimp’ starter offers guests crispy fried shrimp served with Black Tap’s atomic sauce, dry coleslaw, Boston leaf lettuce, sesame seeds, scallions mixed with flavored Asian spices. If you’re looking to enjoy this favorite as a meal, well upgrade and order the Atomic Shrimp burger instead! For burger fans, the Carolina is an all-American must-try burger loaded with smoky pulled beef, buttermilk-dill coleslaw and topped off with Black Tap’s Carolina BBQ sauce.

Still looking for more options? Take a trip south of the border with the latest brandnew menu item that joined Black Tap’s array of delectable mains earlier this year - the Baja Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Combining a Cajun grilled chicken breast, zippy salsa verde, avocado, crisp beef bacon, melted pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo, cilantro and tangy fresh lime, the new dish will be available for all Black Tap guests. The 360 Mall opening is now Black Tap’s fifth restaurant in the GCC, with Sunset Hospitality Group, with it’s the American burger brand’s first entrance in the region being at Jumeirah Al Naseem, Dubai in February 2017. Alongside Tamdeen Group, Sunset Hospitality Group aims to continue shaking up the food and beverage offerings in Kuwait with the extended menu and second outlet.
