Nicaragua expresses appreciation to Kuwait
MANAGUA: Nicaragua’s Foreign Minister Denis Ronaldo Moncada has expressed his country’s appreciation and gratitude for Kuwait’s humanitarian stances towards his country and KFAED’s contribution of $30 million to finance a hospital in his country. Kuwait’s Embassy in Nicaragua said in a press statement that this came during Moncada’s reception of Kuwait’s Ambassador to Mexico and nonresident in Nicaragua Metib Saleh Al-Mutotah.
During the meeting, Mutotah conveyed the best regards of Kuwait’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled AlHamad Al-Sabah to Moncada who will be visiting Kuwait in a few days. He added that the visit would be a great opportunity to emphasize the deep brotherly relations between the two countries. Meanwhile, Moncado expressed his happiness for his upcoming official visit to Kuwait carrying a written message from the President Daniel Ortega Saavedra to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. —KUNA
