Rent allowances

KUWAIT: The Public Authority for Housing Welfare announced that in compliance with a decision made by Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Housing Affairs Jenan Bushehri, the authority will resume paying rent allowances to citizens whose allowances had been suspended because they had not applied to get any of the housing alternatives the authority provides. The authority’s official spokesperson Ibrahim Al-Nashi further noted that the payments will resume in March. — By Meshaal Al-Enezi
