900 domestic helpers recruited

KUWAIT: Official sources said the Al-Durra company for manpower has brought around 900 domestic helpers since the company began accepting citizens’ applications in Sept 2017 until now. They said Durra has signed 150 more contracts to bring in laborers soon. They said the company brought nearly 190 male and female workers from India, 700 domestic helpers from Sri Lanka - 650 women and 50 men, three female helpers from Burkina Faso and 24 from the Philippines. —Al-Rai
