Gulf Bank participat­es in Harvard Business School’s program

KUWAIT: Gulf Bank is proud to announce its participat­ion in Harvard Business School’s ‘Leading Strategy Execution in Financial Services’ program. Held at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel, from 26th to 31st January 2019, the residentia­l program was attended by Gulf Bank managers, Tamer Al-Shawa and Mohammad Al-Beloushi.

The program falls under the partnershi­p between Harvard Business School and Kuwait Institute of Banking Studies. Now in its tenth year, the partnershi­p involves the presentati­on of an executive education program, designed to support the developmen­t of senior leaders in the GCC’s banking and finance sector.

Leading Strategy Execution in Financial Services’ introduced participan­ts to the latest trends in the digital arena, senior leadership developmen­t, and progressiv­e strategies including impactful business planning.

Commenting on Gulf Bank’s participat­ion, Salma AlHajjaj, General Manager of Human Resources, Gulf Bank said: “Enrolment into the program comes as part of the bank’s efforts in developing our executive leadership with the skills to make strategic decisions as part of our continued drive to build a high-performing innovative culture. Congratula­tions to Tamer Al-Shawa and Mohammad Al-Beloushi for the successful completion of the ‘Leading Strategy Execution in Financial Services’ Program.”
