The Executive chef of the hotel, Jonathan Spiteri is introducin­g, starting this March new irresistib­le options to the existing menu that you can now savor over lunch or dinner.

The new additions involve meals of rich flavors such as the freshly grilled Lobster thermidor, served intriguing­ly out of a live display of lobster.
