Utility tariff ‘cheats’ targeted

Informed sources said the ministry of electricity and water will review lists of tenants in commercial and investment areas after noticing that expats live in flats that are registered in the names of Kuwaitis to avoid paying higher power and water bills, as Kuwaitis are still subjected to the previous lower tariffs.
