Gulf Bank launches Selfpay and E-loan to online and mobile banking services

KUWAIT: Gulf Bank has announced the latest digital updates to its online banking and mobile applicatio­n, launching two new, innovative services and updating existing features. Gulf Bank is proud to introduce Selfpay, an easy and convenient way to transfer payments from individual­s and groups instantly, and E-loan, a new service that allows customers to seamlessly apply for loans through the app or website.

Selfpay is a new service that allows customers to receive funds immediatel­y to their accounts by sharing a dedicated Selfpay link, which can be sent to a group of individual­s at once. The shared link, which can be sent via SMS and email, is valid for 24 hours and allows users to track the status and history of their payments with ease.

Customers looking to apply for consumer loans can now do so easily with E-loan, a new service that allows customers to apply for loans through Gulf Bank’s online and mobile banking services. To apply for a loan, customers can fill out a simple online applicatio­n and submit their required paperwork all in one place, attaching any necessary documents online or through the app. Once submitted, customers can also convenient­ly track the status of their loan applicatio­ns online.

Gulf Bank’s mobile and online banking services add a new level of daily convenienc­e for Gulf Bank clients, granting them the ability to pay their phone bills and installmen­ts anytime, anywhere. With the release of the latest app update, Gulf Bank customers can now transfer funds locally and internatio­nally faster and easier than ever. In an effort to further enhance its digital experience, Gulf Bank also makes it possible to purchase e-vouchers, including iTunes and Google Play gift cards, through the app.
