The program reflects the values we adopt.”

“The program was the idea we have been seeking for more than ten years precisely since 2008, but we waited to be presented with the appropriate academic partner to be distinctive and to provide a comprehensive program at the highest level and postponed the project until 2016 until we found that Babson is the best partner Kadimi project and we decided to start in the age group from 12 years to 16 years, a category that begins by asking big questions and begin to look for their role in society. This program started in 2016 with 20 students and then thanks to our partners we were able to double the number of beneficiaries

to reach 64 students with an annual growth exceeding 80%.”

During the ceremony, Mohammed Al-Othman, General Manager of Personal Banking Group, praised the importance of the program and expressed his pride in cooperating with LOYAC in supporting young people and helping them to enhance their expertise in the labor market. Al Othman added that NBK’s sponsorship of LOYAC’s activities comes from its mission to support youth institutions, especially as young people are one of our priorities at the banking and social levels. We realize that they need all incentives to be effective partners in development and community service.

Haya Al Mana, Sustainability Manager, Zain Kuwait, said: “We were very pleased with the success of the fourth season of the Kan Social Entrepreneurship Program. Zain’s support for the program for two consecutive years has been part of our long-term strategic partnership with LOYAC and under our corporate social responsibility and sustainability strategy. We look forward to supporting more similar programs and initiatives in the near future, particularly those that support innovation, entrepreneurship and the development of Kuwaiti youth.”
