Indian Embassy to celebrate India’s 73rd Independence Day

The 73rd Independence Day of India will be celebrated on the Indian Embassy premises at Daiya Area, Gulf Road on Thursday, 15 August 2019, according to an Indian Embassy press release. The unfurling of the national flag will take place at 8 AM followed by the singing of the national anthem and a presentation of patriotic songs by the members of the India community. All Indian nationals, pravasis and friends of India in Kuwait are cordially invited to attend, the press release added.
