PROCAPITA announces second semi-annual report for 2022
KUWAIT: As part of its commitment to its partners in success, PROCAPITA Management Consulting announced its second semi-annual report for 2022, in which the Research and Development Department continued its focus on the latest human resources practices and the global challenges resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the war between Russia and Ukraine and its impact on the Kuwaiti labor market, manpower planning, and employment, as well as the latest trends in talent management in the State of Kuwait.
PROCAPITA launched its second bi-annual survey, which targeted business leaders and human resource experts from various sectors in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, where more than 300 companies participated, including 84 listed companies, and 216 unlisted companies covering various economic sectors.
This report resulted from analyzing the database of PROCAPITA and its strategic partners, ZENITHR, which specializes in HR Intelligence Solutions, and Thomas International, which specializes in behavioral and professional employee assessment tools, following the leading global practices in this field. The report provides an analysis of the latest human resources indicators and employment trends for the first half of 2022 within the Kuwaiti labor market, in addition to a demographic analysis of job seekers’ data and coverage of the latest developments and challenges they face.
On this occasion, The CEO of PROCAPITA Management Consulting and founder of ZENITHR, Mohammad Abu AlRob, said: “The report included the most fundamental changes in human resources practices and trends, which witnessed a remarkable recovery in the first half of 2022, as well as other indicators that have not recovered yet, which indicates the instability of the business environment and calls for organizational restructuring for business sustainability and continuity. In addition, the report also presented the primary indicators for businesses, talent management, and employee assessment.
