Razouqi: Kuwait Airways soaring to excellence
KUWAIT: In continuation of its success in implementing its policies and plans, and as part of its endeavors to achieve further progress, Kuwait Airways organized its second employee engagement Beyond Excellence Forum 23, between the executive management and the company’s employees to highlight the vision and transformation of the national carrier for the year 2030 and to plans on how to achieve the highest levels of service excellence.
During the event Capt Ali Dukhan, the Chairman of Board and Eng Maen Razouqi, the Chief Executive Officer presented awards for projects conducted in 2022 by Kuwait Airways employees that had a significant impact on its enhancement in customer service, or increase in revenues, and or cost reduction. Speaking on the occasion, Capt Ali Dukhan, said: “Events of these sort show our appreciation to the hard working staff who dedicate themselves to positively raising Kuwait Airways quality of customer experience and assisting in making the company profitable”.
Kuwait Airways Chief Executive Officer Eng MaenRazouqi added, “The Beyond Excellence initiative was launched by Kuwait Airways in the year 2022 and has attained various achievements, reaching its desired objectives, in the convergence of plans and proposals developed by the executive management with the employees. These have been fully implemented within a professional framework, commensurate with the vision set by Kuwait Airways’ board of directors.”
Razouqi added, “The tireless work done by the dedicated employees of Kuwait Airways over the past year and the success that has been achieved is only evidence of the integration between the Management and the employees in moving forward towards developing the Blue Bird and reaching broader horizons. During this forum, we have discussed ways to develop and improve services to our valued customers and to develop strategic objectives, and to complete the vision that extends to the year 2030. This includes producing more creative and ambitious ideas that contribute greatly to attaining the best levels of excellence in providing various and diverse services to meet the requirements of our customers.” Razouqi continued by saying, “I encourage our employees to continue on this path in fulfilling the series of these achievements, as they have done in the past, during their services and have witnessed important achievements in the history of the company.”
Razouqi also stated, “Kuwait Airways is on a steady pace towards achieving further success, as it continues to provide distinguished services and appropriate solutions to passengers. We have recently announced the launch of numerous new destinations, linking Kuwait to the world, which is through our young fleet of different types of aircraft with excellent technology that suits the aspirations of the Blue Bird to achieve its desired objectives. This is in addition to the latest and diverse services launched by Kuwait Airways since the beginning of 2023, to provide comfortable services to our customers.”
Razouqi explained, “In order to continue achieving our objectives and reach our motto of “Beyond Excellence”, we must extend greater efforts and cooperation between the executive management and the employees. This will lead to achievements for the future generations, by developing talents and improving productivity through our capabilities and contributions, in addition to achieving positive results through transformation to profitability in the year 2025. Kuwait Airways has succeeded to attain digital transformation in various businesses between the operational and support departments which have been attaining growth and contributed towards implementing our strategic plans.”
Razouqi concluded by saying, “We trust the efforts of the employees of Kuwait Airways and their dedication to develop the National Carrier towards further progress among other international airlines.”
